Warranty

My knives are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship. Abuse is not covered. That being said even if a knife is abused, I will attempt to repair it at your cost. My knives are intended for cutting. Prying, batoning, using the tip as a screwdriver etc. is considered abuse. It is my sincere belief that if you use my knives as intended, they will last a lifetime. That is how they have been designed. This warranty is attached to the knife not the original owner, meaning if you sell it, I will still honor the warranty. Cosmetic wear is not covered under the warranty. At this time no official spa / restoration service is offered

 

Returns

If you are not happy with your knife for any reason, just send it back in new condition and I will refund your money less the shipping cost. A refund will be issued once I receive the knife and it is confirmed to be in new condition. You must contact me via email (stangbladeworks@gmail.com) within 5 days of receiving the knife. If a knife is received in used condition the cost of restoration / repair will be deducted from the refund. The return option is only available to the original purchaser.

 

Shipping

Shipping will be done via Canada Post and insured for the full purchase price. Whenever possible, products will be shipped to a post office and held for signature. This is an absolute requirement in order to be able to make an insurance claim in the event of a lost package. Once a package is marked as delivered the order will be considered complete.
